time code converter

since I have to calculate from 24 fps timecode and back allot for the movie,
and since there seem not to be any decent simple tools for this, I hacked one in 2 minutes:
timecode < => framenumber

fps 24, nothing else. Again, a 2 minute hack.

    This is great Andreas. Almost exactly what I’ve been looking for! Woul you be willing to share the script or at least the algorithm you used to convert the TC to framecount? I’m currently trying to get DPX files written out of the CrimsonWorkflow app (for RED footage) and into an EDL format that Color.app can read.

    It would also be great if you could convert 29.97/30fps timecodes as well!
