convert movie for a Motorola Razr under OS X 10.4

You probably need Quicktime Pro.
You might want to try a shorter piece first.
Open the movie and select export.

Video options:

{looks not so good}

Audio options:

{sounds even worse}

Not pretty, but it works. YMMV
