This means that each EU27 citizen buys 16 Euros worth of financial services each month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What are these services? Do I have pay 16 Euros more for my groceries since the conglomerates that produce them pay London lawyers so much for some fancy tax evasion schemes?
